Welcome to Pop Cars. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Rental Requirements

  • Drivers must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • An international driver’s permit may be required for non-Moroccan residents.
  • A valid ID/passport and payment method are required at pickup.

2. Vehicle Use

  • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was rented.
  • The renter is responsible for all traffic violations during the rental period.

3. Fuel Policy

  • Cars must be returned with the same fuel level as provided.
  • A refueling charge may apply otherwise.

4. Insurance

  • Basic insurance is included. Additional coverage is available upon request.
  • Damage caused by negligence or unauthorized use is not covered.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Free cancellations up to 24 hours before pickup.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

6. Late Return

  • Late returns may be subject to additional hourly or daily charges.

7. Liability

  • Pop Cars is not liable for any lost items left in the vehicle.
  • The renter is fully responsible for damages not covered by insurance.
